The Review
I received one of the YogaHands to try out. I was kind of skeptical about this product. When I got the product, I immediately put it on my right hand. I have pain sometimes that runs through my wrist and fingers due to working so much on my computer and from using the mouse. You have to push the wedges down between your fingers to get the right amount of spread. Once placed, I could feel the difference immediately! This spread my fingers pretty far apart, but that also allows the bones and junk to open up and get blood flow through your hands. The first time I wore it, I could only take a minute, if that. Now when I use the YogaHands, I can go a few minutes. After use, you shake your hands and let them relax again. It feels great and has helped to relieve tightness in my wrist. I no longer have cracking when I move my wrist to relax it. I think that says something!
