Today I would like to introduce you to a really cool nail product out on the market called Nail Dress which is stick-on wraps for your fingernails made by the company called Broadway Nails. This product is a revolutionary instant nail makeover in a little box!
Nail Dress Product Information: Each box contains 28 nail wraps in 14 sizes. The product can be used on natural nails or artificial nails. If you want designer nails that get noticed that you can do yourself at home…this product is for you!
They apply quickly and easily and in only 4 steps, you will have beautiful nails! You simply peel the “nail dress” off the backing sheet, apply it to your nails, smooth it out with the enclosed smoother tool and then use the tool to file off the excess. Simple right? You betcha!
I sat down and read the instructions (took about 2 minutes) and then got busy applying the leopard animal print nail dresses to my natural finger nails. (I do not have artificial nails). I simply peeled the dress from the backing sheet and then applied them to each nail. They recommend starting with the pinky and moving towards your thumb so that is what I did. It took me about 3-4 minutes to apply them. I then used the tool (combination smoother tool/fingernail file) to smooth the nail dress down and to file off my excess. This entire process to do 10 fingernails took me about 12 minutes or so. Now…you can leave them plain but if you want longer wear out of them they recommend applying a clear top coat over top, so I spent 5 minutes applying my own clear top coat and then another 15 minutes letting that dry. All in all…about 30 minutes from start to finish.
I really like this product and will most likely use it again for when I need nice fingernails for outings or parties but I do recommend that you use a clear top coat to seal down the nail dress. I had a little bit of an issue with them staying down on the sides but once I applied the top coat, they stayed down perfectly. It has been 3 days or so since I applied them and my nails still look just as nice as day one.
I give this product an 8 out of 10 stars…it is easy to use, there are fun designs and beautiful colors available. The only reason I didn’t give this product a 10 is because the clear coat is supposed to be optional but I found it necessary if you want the edges of the nail wrap to stay flat onto your nail and not pull up. Other than that…a great product!
