Gourmet Nuts and Candy – Great Gift Idea
Hi, my name is Chris and I am a choco-holic. I came by it honestly. My mom loved chocolate and would always buy a bar of good chocolate when she would go shopping as her treat. If I wasn’t a brat, she would share. Trust me, I wasn’t a brat! But now I have this problem. I love chocolate, especially truffles. Deep, rich chocolate truffles. And I found an awesome supplier for my fix.
Illinois Nut and Candy other wise known as Raising the Candy Bar, has a wonderful selection of all types of delicious chocolate, candy, fruits and nuts, popcorn as well as specialty baking goods. This is a cool site that you can spend hours poking around in. Kind of like roaming around an old 5 & 10 cent store. You never know what you are going to find and say “Oh, I remember those!”
I received a box of the most delicious chocolate truffles that I can ever remember eating in my life. These little bundles of joy came perfectly packed in a beautiful gold box and the truffles were nestled tightly in their little slots. The exterior chocolate was so smooth and it had a nice firm texture to protect the interior. It has a very nice creamy taste too. The interior was this soft, creamy almost molten mousse texture chocolate dream. My goodness… My mouth is watering right now trying to describe this. Anyway, these wonderful truffles are something I will never forget! These truffles are simple divine.
