Gourmet Chocolate Treats By FunkyChunky
Today I would like to introduce you to the gourmet snack company called FunkyChunky based out of the great state of Minnesota. FunkyChunky makes and sells some of the most delicious gourmet snack foods that me and my family have ever tasted! This company uses the freshest ingredients possible in all of their artisan-crafted gourmet treats like real butter, whole glazed nuts, crunchy popcorn and pretzels and all of their products are made in very small batches so that they can control the high quality that we all deserve!

If you need a gift for a friend or family member…FunkyChunky’s products would be a fabulous Birthday, Holiday, Valentine’s Day, etc. type of gift! I know I personally would love receiving their goodies all year long!
My Review: FunkyChunky sent us 6 bags of their gourmet snacks to try out for our product review. We received 1 bag of each of these flavors, packed in 2 oz. bags.
* Popcorn: popcorn, caramel, chocolate, almonds, cashews and pecans.
* Caramel Popcorn: popcorn, caramel, almonds, cashews and pecans.
* Peanut Butter: pretzels, peanut butter, caramel, chocolate and peanuts.
* Pretzels: pretzels, caramel, chocolate and pecans.
* Chip-Zel-Pop: potato chips, pretzels, popcorn, caramel and chocolate.
* Candy Cane: popcorn, caramel, chocolate, macadamia nuts and candy cane pieces.
I decided to share my stash of goodies with my family. My hubby immediately took off with the Candy Cane and Popcorn flavors and told me that they were sweet, crunchy, salty and fresh tasting. He said the perfectly blended snack and he gives them 10 out of 10 stars! He tried to ‘snatch’ a few other bags but I hid them from him. My 25 year old daughter selected the Caramel Popcorn and took it in her lunch bag to work for her afternoon snack. Once she got home I asked her what she thought and she told me that it was the best caramel popcorn that she has ever had from a bag. She liked the buttery caramel flavor and she said she appreciated that it wasn’t too hard to bite into…that she could chew it easily and she appreciated how large the popcorn kernels were (they are fluffy large pieces of popcorn).
I got to try out the remaining 3 flavors myself…after all, it is MY REVIEW! To be honest with you all, they were all delicious and it is really hard to select my top favorite but if I have to select one as being my ultimate favorite I am going to pick the Peanut Butter. It was chewy, crunchy, sweet, salty and it hit the spot during my snack attack and I fully felt fulfilled afterwards. I think these snacks are perfect for those watching there weight and let me tell you why. Example: The Candy Cane flavor is in a nice sized 2 ounce bag so there are 2 servings in the bag and each serving is 140 calories which is a LOT less than a traditional candy bar which is usually 240 calories and up! Me and My family give these delicious gourmet snacks a HUGE 2 thumbs up!
