Getting to my fitness goal one step at a time

My doctor told me a few months ago that I need to start working out more in order to lower my bad cholesterol. I never worked out before that so it’s been really tough to change around my routine to allow for a workout routine. But I’m really working on it.
I’ve been doing all of my research for it and was looking at some new stuff for it not that long ago. While I was doing that I found some info on wildbluedeals. After I showed it to my husband we decided to change over our home internet service to one of those satellite internet packages. We hadn’t been satisifeid with our internet service for quite a while anyway.
I found some directions for a walking workout that I can do in my neighborhood, which will be good for me when I don’t have time to go to the gym or just don’t feel like it. It’s just kind of a hassle to get changed there and everything, so it will be nice to have this as an option.
