I am excited to tell you about a great pair of shoes today and the company that created them! Founded by footwear industry legend Sheri POE, who is the founder of RYKA footwear, who’s shoes I love incidentally, POE is a new brand of women’s footwear that is uniquely designed for women.
POE footwear are built for comfort and helps you find new freedom as you walk for miles. These shoes are the perfect balance between athletic and casual style. Back in my younger days I would never go for comfort, but running around as much as I do, comfort is where its at!
POE Footwear has created some amazing shoes. Here are the Design Details:

The Review – I was sent a lovely pair of shoes to try for you today. They are brand new for spring and are not on the website yet so I don’t know the name of them. They are a muted gold ballerina style slipon with an elastic piece that goes across the top. There is a dark taupe pattern on the shoe as well. They are super soft to the touch so I was sure that they would be wonderful to feel on my foot as well.
I could feel the amazing cushioning inside of the shoe and could not wait to try them on. I wasn’t wrong. They are so super soft, you really could walk for miles in these. I am a bit disappointed as they are a bit to short for me in the toe so my foot is scrunched and I can’t wear them. But I should have known as I am hard to fit on shoes. Rats!
These shoes are light and I think they would be awesome for traveling and for all of the walking one does on vacation. Definitely a plus for running errands and yet these are dressy enough that you could wear them with a nice pair of slacks out go out to dinner too. The bottom of the shoe has these awesome raised bumps running through them for grip and they have a very slight heel maybe 1/2 in or so.
Overall I really like these shoes. They are different from any other women’s footwear that I have seen. I would like to try a larger size and these would be awesome to have in several different styles. Some of the flats, like the ones were are going to be giving away, are super cute! OH did I say giveaway? Yup!
