The Review:
I was sent a coupon for a free box of the FRESCHETTA® By the Slice and I selected the Six Cheese Medley. I cooked it according to instructions and 4 minutes later had a bubbly slice of pizza. The crust is soft and fluffy and not chewy at all like crusts can get when they are over cooked. It was a bit on the thick side, but not like a deep dish. The sauce is tiny bit sweet but not spicy at all. It had a good flavor. I am not a fan of sweet sauces and many of the frozen pizzas end up with sweet tasting sauce so I am pleased with this. The cheese melted nicely and tasted good. Overall, I think it was a decent slice of pizza and for around $2, you can grab several and keep them on hand for a great snack.
I was also sent a set of the Freshetta Containers for storage. These are a set of 3 round bowls in varying sizes as well as locking snap lids, which are great for minimizing spills in the fridge. They are a great size for packing your lunch in as well. Super!
