My Review: The generous folks over at Socks4Life sent me 4 packs of socks to review for all of you! First up…my hubby received a 3 pack of their American Made Men’s Blue Quarter Socks (with blue heel and toe) to try out for you. These socks are made of 80% cotton and 20% nylon. Hubby has been wearing these socks for a few days now and states that he loves how comfortable they are…he stands for a minimum of 10 hours a day at his job and comfortable socks are important to him. He likes the ribbed sock opening too which keeps the socks up and in place. He said it’s not tight at all. He loves his socks! I received 3 pairs of the ladies Excell semi-cushion trainer socks with pink toe and heel. I love trainer style socks because I can wear them with anything…from clogs to sneakers! These socks are just fantastic! I love that they are a medium weight sock so I can wear them year round without my feet being cold or without my feet over-heating…they are the perfect year-around weight sock! They are super comfortable to wear and super soft! I love them!
As some of you know…I am the caregiver to my 85 year old great aunt so I decided to give her the American Made Women’s Pink Heel and Toe Crew Socks to try out for all of us. Aunt loves crew style socks because her feet and legs are always cold and I mean ALWAYS! She has always worn crew socks and I don’t see that ever changing. So, I gave her the 3 pairs of crew socks to try out. As her caregiver I can tell you that these socks are super easy for me and my mother to get on and off of auntie’s feet. These are a thicker weight sock so I would say they are best for Fall, Winter and Spring but in auntie’s case…year round for her and her cold feet.
Auntie loves the pink heel and toe because it takes a “boyish” looking crew sock to the next level by making them look “girlish”. These socks are really comfortable to wear and they are soft. A great medium-weight crew style sock. The last pair of socks I was sent are totally for me since I love fuzzy socks! I receive the Excell Women’s Striped Slipper socks in pink and white. These adorable slipper socks have anti-skid on their bottoms in the shapes of flowers. I love how easy these socks are to get on and off and more importantly they are the softest socks I have ever had on my feet! I love that I can walk all over my house and not slip or slide across any of my tiled or stone flooring! yeah!!!
Overall Impression: My hubby, My Auntie and Myself all love our new socks! These socks wash and dry like a dream, fit nicely and you can tell that they are quality-made socks!
