Home At Sea – Crab Platter and Spreader
Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Home at Sea where you can find really unique and beautiful coastal decor items and nautical gifts. When you shop the Home at Sea online store you will find it really easy to navigate. I love how every item is broken down into the appropriate category and I love that I can use their search function to find something specific that I am looking for.
When you shop this store you will find beautiful nautical items like kitchenware, living room decor, bedroom decor, outdoor items and even jewelry items and all of Home at Sea’s items are beach, nautical or coastal living theme’d. What I really appreciate about this store is their large variety of items that are super affordable!
My Review: Sharon over at Home at Sea sent me their beautiful “Go Fish Crab Platter” for my product review. I absolutely love coastal decor and decorate many rooms in my home in a nautical decor. The large ceramic platter is in the shape of a crab and it measures 11 1/2″ by 19 1/2″ in size. It is hand-painted in beautiful shades of blue, green and white which just screams “Beach”. This ceramic platter is perfect for serving seafood, burgers, hot dogs, rolls or any other food that you might be serving to guests at your home. This item is extremely versatile in the kitchen in regards to serving foods and it is beautiful to look at when not in use. I think it would look lovely with some fresh tropical fruits in it displayed on your kitchen countertop or buffet table. This fantastic platter sells for $34.95 and is worth every dime!
I also received the “Go Fish Glass Spreader” to review in cobalt. This spreader measures 5 3/4″ long by 2 1/2″ wide at it’s widest point. The handle of the spread is molded glass and in the shape of a fish. It comes in 3 different colors: lime, cobalt and aqua. Totally adorable and super affordable at $9.95 each.
We had a few friends over for a barbecue and we served the traditional barbecue chicken, burgers & hot dogs and I decided to use my platter to hold our hamburger buns. I used the spread for relish for the hot dogs. All of my dinner guests complimented me on the beauty of my new platter and spreader and I of course told them to check out Home at Sea online!
Overall Impression: Both of the items I received are extremely well made. They are versatile in their use and are beautiful serving pieces. If you like the coastal living style of decor, these items would be perfect for you or for gifts. I give both items I reviewed a huge 2 thumbs up.
