I have been learning so much about raw, organic foods lately. I was lucky to be able to try some products from Sun Food that is so good! My rep Jenn, sent me some raw foods to try. There were whole Cashews, organic Amazonian Jungle Peanuts, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, Cacao Powder and Maca Powder. Jen also sent along a delicious recipe for a smoothie using the Goji Berries, Cacao Powder, Maca and fresh fruit. It was fabulous! I mixed it with some frozen Strawberries and enjoyed every drop!
The Goji Berries are great on their own to snack on too! They are one of the most nutritionally-rich fruits, providing you with a healthy boost of vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants and anti-aging benefits. They taste like a cranberry and maybe a hint of cherry. I really like them.
The Jungle peanuts were really good. as well as the Cashews. I love munching on fresh nuts or peanuts. The organic Chocolate is delicious as it is the healthy chocolate. Also no guilt here since I used it on my yogurt. Yum
