My Review: Lush Livings sent me a pair of their custom-made drapes for my product review along with 2 throw pillows to match my new drapes! Right now we are remodeling our guest bedroom into a nautical theme and hubby will be painting our walls next week and hanging up my wall border. I received 2 custom-made window panels with tab tops, 2 matching tie backs and 2 coordinating throw pillows. When the package arrived I just gasped…everything was neatly folded and packaged with a ribbon…talk about a nice presentation! yeah! I am not an expert on describing drapes but I will try my best.
The base color is a vanilla shade and like a jacquard pattern (tone on tone) so it’s really not visible on my photos but it is indeed BEAUTIFUL. The drapes are trimmed in a beautiful navy blue fabric that has a very modest leafy floral print. I love it as it gives it a tropical feeling. The tabs at the top are trimmed in the same navy blue fabric along with the 2 tie backs. (pics don’t show tie backs as hubby is working on the walls and didn’t want me to put my hooks up yet for the tie backs). Underneath my drapery is my mini blinds which are also in a vanilla color. Hubby ordered me a better rod as I didn’t have a proper round rod for them so I can’t wait for my new rod to arrive so I can hang them properly.
If you look at the throw pillows you can see the texture and the pattern of the fabrics that were used on the drapes…perfectly matched and elegant. All of the stitching and seams are just perfect, impeccably sewn! There are no crooked seams, no snags, no rips…nothing! Trust me…I inspected them with a fine tooth comb and they are PERFECT in every way. I love how the sham on the throw pillows is removable for easy cleaning…love that!
Overall Impression: Trust me…these drapes & pillows are 110% better than my photo’s. I really need to invest in a better camera! I am looking forward to my new curtain rod arriving so I can properly hang them. They are just beautiful and I mean beautiful! The fabrics are high quality fabrics and everything is impeccably sewn. I give these products 10 stars out of 10 stars. If you are looking for beautiful quality-made drapes…you have got to check out Lush Livings! I know when our house is done being remodeled late in the fall…I will be shopping Lush Livings for some window treatments and accessories.
