Started by Debbie & Jody, a husband and wife team, in 1992, Plentiful Pantry has been creating wonderful mixes that takes just a few wet ingredients to complete.

I don’t know if I ever told you, but cheesecake is my utmost favorite dessert. I have had wonderful, light and airy cheesecakes and dense, heavy cheesecakes. Hands down, I love the light and creamy cheesecake. New York style is not for me. Just thinking about cheesecake makes me happy! So when this review came open, I just jumped at the chance to make this for you. And….

I am in heaven. I just got to make the best Key Lime Cheesecake from Plentiful Pantry. This mix is so awesome. It is a No-bake Key Lime cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust. All you do is just add cream cheese, water and a little butter. How easy is that? Let me tell you! It was fast and easy. Just get out your hand mixer and go. In 4 minutes you are done.

And the taste? Wow. It is creamy and tangy from the key lime. The crust is sturdy and they use cookies, so very yummy all around! The price is decent as well. You have to see this. I just love the box that it comes in too! Wonderful packaging and a delicious product! They have so many other dessert items that look interesting too.
