My Review: The great folks over Elicole sent me one of their Kid-e-cover’s to try out in my own home. I am a grandmother to a precious little 20 month old baby girl who seems to be into everything these days. I am always concerned on whether I am doing enough here in my home to prevent accidents from occurring so I was excited to be reviewing this product. The item arrived super quickly to my home. Once it was here, I had my hubby immediately replace one of our receptacle plates in our living room where little Gia likes to play when she visits. It took him less than 2 minutes to remove our old plate and screw on this new one. The plate itself is made out of heavy duty durable plastic which has a nice texture to the surface of it. Along side of the plate are 2 slide in and slide out latches. When you want to use your outlet, just slide the latch and plug in your appliance. When done, remove your electrical cord and the latch closes shut. It is super easy to use and I had no problems sliding the latches back and forth.
Overall Impression: I am really impressed with the Kid-e-cover! I think every home should have several of these if little ones reside or visit the home often. These receptacle covers are affordable and extremely well made! I give them a big 2 thumbs up!
