All Terrain WinterSport Sunscreen

All Terrain WinterSport Sunscreen

All Terrain WinterSport CreamI have the perfect product for many of our readers today. With winters harsh weather we are getting hammered with right now, I know you are going to appreciate this product. All Terrain creates natural remedies for outdoor enthusiasts with their WinterSport Skin Protectant and Sunscreen with 30 SPF. Now I know all you snow shovelers are saying that you are not an outdoor enthusiast, but this pertains to you too! LOL

In winters harsh weather and wind, it is important to take care of your skin. The glare from the sun is terrible off of the white snow and the wind is super drying and hard on your exposed skin. All Terrain has created a great product that focuses on the special skin care you need especially during this time of year. Many of you are outdoor enthusiasts and love an active lifestyle regardless of the time of year. Snow Skiing, Snowboarding and even just building Snowmen with the kids puts your face and exposed skin at risk for sun burning and wind burning.

The folks at All Terrain know first hand how some products carry harmful ingredients, so they have worked hard to make sure their products use only natural ingredients, but are formulated for hard-core use. And they have products for all year round and kids and pets too. Now you can enjoy that family camping trip, day hike, gardening or day at the beach without having to use harsh chemical products to protect you from the sun, insects and whatever nature throws at you.

The ReviewI was so happy to receive a tube of the WinterSport. First off, I am impressed with the ingredients of this stuff. Aloe vera is #1 on the list and we know that that does for healing and protection. There are plenty of natural oils in the sunscreen too. The scent is light and the product is thick but it absorbs very quickly into the skin. It has a tiny but kind of gritty feeling from the seed oils and ground up seeds used, but again, the product soaks right in and the scent does not last long.

According to their site, The WinterSport is “perfect for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors during the harsh winter weather. What makes WinterSport a step above ordinary sunscreen? Not only does it offer the same benefits as all other All Terrain sunscreens – the broadest UVA/UVB protection, Z-Cote for sensitive skin, and resistance to sweat and water – but it works against more than just winter sunlight. It helps prevent chapped and chaffed skin that often results from cold temperatures, fights the effects of wind damage on skin, and contains essential oils and botanical extracts that are essential to keeping skin healthy all winter long.” I couldn’t have said it better!

I was also sent a tube of the All Terrain WinterSport Lip Balm with a 25 SPF. This was so great on my dry, chapped lips. Even though I don’t live in the snow, winters here are cold and wet and very drying on my skin and lips. This Lip Balm worked great on re moisturizing them and it lasted several hours. It has a bit of peppermint in it, so my lips even tingled a bit.

If you have to spend time in the sun and outdoors during the winter, you owe it to yourself and your skin care to check out these products. I know you are going to love them and the rest of their product line as well.

4 Reasons Why Companies Should Participate In Product Reviews

Companies large and small need to get their brand name and product information out there and one way to do that is by participating in online product reviews. When a company participates in a product review online they benefit in more ways than one. Let’s

Reviewer Tips – Is Your Sponsor Requesting Unethical Things to get Your Review?

Like it or not, there are sponsors out there that think a product reviewer owes it to them to do unethical things in exchange for their services. As a product reviewer, you owe it to yourself and other review sites to not do unethical or illegal things in order to accept a job.

The FTC has created rules and guidelines for us to use and there are many blog sites and services out there that help the product reviewer remain in compliance with the guidelines. If your sponsor is requesting something you know is wrong, it is in your best interest to decline the job or tell the potential client what you can do ethically to work around his requests.

What would be considered an unethical request? Harvesting emails from contest entrants comes to mind very quickly. Spam laws forbid people from being automatically added to someone’s email campaign, although it still happens a lot. Sponsors that ask for a list of names and email addresses from entrants for contact purposes would certainly turn on my radar. There are plenty of ways to have entrants want to be added to a sponsors mailing list. Legitimate ways are actually having a newsletter sign up with a double opt-in. Then they have all the contact they want. Facebook “likes” bring the sponsor all kinds of ability to communicate with the entrants. Using special landing pages from a contest or review site is another way to the sponsor to track usage and to make special promotions for your readers.

As a reviewer, be careful of what you agree to just to get that sponsors business. Being shut down for unethical behavior will be a tarnish on your business and reputation, not on the sponsors business.
