Google PR Ranker and Rating Your Blog

As many of you know, the PR ranker from Google has not been updating site rankings in many months. Google has said that they are not maintaining this feature yet so many companies and businesses still ask our PR rank when we are negotiating business. So, how do you still get the business without using PR Ranker?

There are a few other sites that judge your website and give you a score. They look at how far you reach in the community and comments, etc. One of the best over all ones I have found is the tools at WebSite Grader. They take into effect all aspects of your blog and give you a ranking. They also include a MOZ ranking too, which is also a decent tool.

Many sites use Alexa as well. This too, is not the best tool as it is only a feed from those people that go to your site with an Alexa toolbar. I don’t use one, do you? Plus I have not seen that update incoming links in months for me. Do I still include it in my stats? Yes, I do, because it does a decent job of showing your growth in traffic. Is it the greatest tool to go by? I don’t believe so. But until we can find a good judge of site ranking and traffic combined, we only have a few choices.

Hope this help your business some!
