My Review: I received a 6 oz. bag of Arrowhead Mills Puffed Corn Cereal for my product review. This cereal is All Natural and good for you! It is a whole grain cereal with NO salt or sugar added to it. It is a cholesterol free food that happens to be low in fat. It is made with no genetically engineered ingredients. There is absolutely NOTHING artificial in this cereal! I enjoy a good healthy bowl of cereal from time to time so I was excited to give this cereal a try. Their recommended serving size is 1 cup but I used 1 1/2 cups along with 1 cup of my 2% milk. As I tasted the cereal I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted since there is no added sugar. I thought it would be bland but it wasn’t! Since this is a healthy cereal, I have problems letting my 20 month old grand daughter eat some too! (I refuse to get her hooked on sugary cereals, so this is a nice cereal for young children too!).
Overall Impression: I definitely would purchase this cereal. It had a nice taste to it that wasn’t bland! The bag comes with a recipe on the back to make a Double Corn Snack Mix and I might try out that recipe in a few days as I love tasty healthy snacks. I give this cereal 2 spoons up!
