The Review – The awesome folks at ZIEIS send me this great kitchen scale! This baby comes with a FREE BigTop Stainless Bowl (Choice) and I can weigh up to a 11 lb (5000g) Capacity. This Digital Scale also has a 5″ Platform to place the bowl on. The scale is accurate to 1 gram or 1/10th of an ounce!! That is amazing!
With this great bowl, that is free right now, you can weigh all sorts of things while cooking. It is especially great for dietary use or to get uniform bread loaves and other baking needs. I use it to weigh out the meat that I buy in bulk and separate for freezing. It’s awesome! The design in simple and blends in wonderfully on my counter. I love the digital readout that is bright and easy to read. I am going to get tons of use out of this with cooking this Christmas and with my diet next month.
