Google Friend Connect & Public Blogger Profiles

Dear readers and giveaway entering folks of the Two Classy Chics Blog…we need to post about a very important issue concerning this blog & the giveaways we post for you on the TCC Blog. We are beginning to sound like a broken recorded repeating this on a monthly basis but yet again… we find the need to repeat it again.

#1. To be eligible to win any of the giveaways we host on our Two Classy Chics Blog you must be a follower of this blog using Google Friend Connect. To follow this blog, look in the right hand column of our blog for the Google Friend Connect box and click on the button that says “FOLLOW THIS BLOG”. If you do not have a blogger or Google Account, you will need to spend a few minutes making one which is free to do.

#2. You need to double check and make sure that your BLOGGER profile is set to PUBLIC so that we can see your profile which is how we check to make sure you are following our blog if you are picked as the winner of a giveaway. In addition, if you are not posting your email address with each of your entries, you need to make sure it is available for us to see in your blogger profile.

When you enter giveaways on this blog you need to make sure #1 and #2 above are enabled. In addition, make sure you are logged in when leaving your entries as Anonymous comments aka Anonymous entries will now be DELETED immediately. Once the giveaway has closed and if random.org selects you as a winner and we click on your blogger profile and it is set to private or we can’t see that you are following the TCC blog, all of your entries will be disqualified and a new winner chosen.

Every week we are disqualifying people who would of won a giveaway and re-selecting new winners using Random.org simply because those folks were not public GFC followers of our blog.

Please take a few minutes today and double check your Google Friend Connect status and double check to make sure your Blogger profile is set to PUBLIC.
