Today I would like to introduce you to the online company called HotSnapZ who manufactures and sells reusable hand warmers. The HotSnapZ are sold in a variety of shapes and sizes so that you can insert them into hats, mittens, gloves, coat pockets, inside the top of footwear, etc. to help you keep warm while playing or working outdoors. These reusable HotSnapZ are also great for travelers who need a heating pad but don’t want to drag one along with them.
How Do HotSnapZ Work: The HotSnapZ have a little metal disk inside them that when clicked provides instant heat. They are 100% reusable and use no electricity. When activated they can reach up to 130 degrees F. Once you are done using them, just reactivate them in boiling water or use the microwave. All HotSnapZ products come with an easy to understand instruction sheet.
My Review: Ray over at HotSnapZ sent me several different sized & shaped HotSnapZ to try out for our product review. We received the 4″ round, 3″ by 5″ pocket warmers and the 9 1/4″ by 5 1/4″ eclipse shaped warmers to try out for the review. Ray also sent along a hand dandy storage case for all of them. The 4″ round and the 3″ by 5″ pocket warmers are the perfect size to insert into your gloves, mittens, hats, coat pockets, etc. My hubby and his crew decided to test them out as they had to clean out rain gutters and it was 29 degrees outside. My hubby showed them all how to activate them and off they went. A few hours later my hubby came back home to tell me that his crew loved them! They commented that those HotSnapZ stayed warm for 2-3 hours. Some of the guys put them in their coat pockets and one guy put it under his knit hat. The large eclipse HotSnapZ my hubby placed inside his coat to help keep him warm. Once hubby got home we placed the HotSnapZ into the microwave to reactivate them for the next go around.
Overall Impression: My hubby and his work crew love their new HotSnapZ! They are super easy to use….the warmth lasted 2-3 hours and are just fantastic! The guys are really looking forward to using them this winter when they have to go out for snow removal jobs to help keep them warm. If you enjoy outdoor activities or if you work outdoors during the cold winter months…you need to head over to HotSnapZ and purchase a few!
