My Review: Lyndsey over at Terri Lee was very generous when she sent me the gorgeous Terri Lee Doll – Summer By The Sea Doll for my product review. I chose this particular doll to review for a very special reason. You see…I am a new first time grandma and for the past 2 years we have had the pleasure of taking our little grand daughter down to the beach with us…I wanted to capture that memory by reviewing this doll and when Gia is a little older…this doll will become hers!
The doll comes packaged in a cute window box that is designed like a little suitcase. I just love the graphics on the box. Inside the suitcase box is this gorgeous 15″ tall vinyl doll! oh my gosh…she is stunning! She is wearing little red plastic mary jane style shoes, white ankle socks, a white & blue sailor girl style dress with a matching hat. Her hair is just silky curly and gorgeous! I love the fullness of her painted on lips, gosh…I wish I had lips like that! As mommies, we all know how little girls love to brush hair so she comes with a super cute pink hairbrush. If you look really close at her face…you will see that she comes complete with the cutest little dimples! What I really love about these dolls are that they are meant to be played with…so your little girl can play hours upon hours with her! These dolls are also fun for those who collect dolls.
Overall Impression: This Terri Lee Doll is absolutely gorgeous! She is really breath-taking to look at. When you hold her and see her in person…you can really tell that she is made of high quality materials, doll making at it’s best! Everything about this doll has been carefully thought out…from her packaging down to her little white bobby socks! I am really looking forward to passing this doll down to my grand daughter in a few years once she is a little older so that she can appreciate her as much as I do.
