The Review – The lovely folks at Bakery on main sent me 3 different flavors of the Soft & Chewy Gluten Free Granola bars to try for you. I got PB and Jelly, Chocolate Almond and Apple Cinnamon. All of the flavors were very mild and the bars are delicious! I was surprised actually. I figured it would be dry and flavorless, but the opposite was the case. These bars are very moist and just like their name, they are soft and chewy. The texture is a bit different than a traditional granola bar due to the grains they use, but they are filling and taste great. My favorite was the Chocolate Almond, for obvious reasons… chocolate! Yum!
My mother suffered for years with Celiac’s and it took the doctors years and years to properly diagnose her. I wish she was still with us to know that they are products available that she could enjoy without getting sick.
