You will find bathroom scales, kitchen scales, baby scales, bariatric scales, bench scales, bird scales, body fat monitors, calibration weights, food scales, floor scales, jewelry scales, mechanical scales, pocket scales, medical scales and postal scales…I think they have just about every scale in the world that someone would need. This wonderful company has been in business since 1990 and they pride themselves on offering high quality products and great customer service.
My Review: Will over at Old Will Knott Scales was gracious enough to send me their My Weigh Elite Digital Bathroom Scale for my product review. I was very excited to be reviewing this item since my doctor has put me on daily weight counts. This particular scale comes in black or silver…I received the black. The scale is a nice size and very light weight. (Measurements: 11.8″ square by 3.4″ thick). I really appreciate that the long life lithium batteries come with the scale so right out of the box…you can use it! The bathroom scale has a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. or 180.0 kilograms.
I got the scale out of the box right away and placed it on my bathroom floor. I love the slick and thin modern look to it. You don’t manually turn this scale on…you just tap it with your foot, wait about 2 seconds and hop onto it. I found that the digital display is very easy to read…even with my bad eyesight…I was able to read my weight! Within a few seconds of you getting off of it, it will turn itself off…now how easy is that? EASY I tell ya! If you have a small bathroom and worried about it not clearing your bathroom door…worry no more! This scale is only 3/4″ high so my bathroom door easily clears it.
Warranty Information: This bathroom scale comes with a 30 year manufacturer’s warranty. There will be warranty info with the scale…if anything happens to go wrong with your scale during the next 30 years, you simply return the scale to My Weigh’s warranty department for repair or replacement. Fabulous!
My Overall Impression: Wow…I am 43 years old and I have owned way too many to count bathroom scales in my lifetime and I will admit…this is the BEST bathroom scale I have ever owned! It’s sleek & modern looking and there is no need to hide it because…well…it’s pretty enough to leave out! I found the display to be easy to read and the scale is extremely accurate. Finally, this bathroom scale is affordable and for only $29.90 you can pick one up for your own home or for someone on your holiday gift giving list! (Tip: A lot of folks start the new year off with a weight loss resolution, this bathroom scale would make the perfect gift for those folks!)
