Castle Baths – Bath and Body Products

October 21, 2010 by Classystaff

Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Castle Baths who make their own natural spa products and sells them to all of us to enjoy in our own homes. When you visit the Castle Baths web shop you will find a wide variety of natural spa products for you to use and enjoy…such as bath soaps, massage oils, bath bombs, dead sea salts, body moisturizers, facial care products, bath teas, body washes, footcare products, bath oil and so much more! You will even find natural spa quality products for your pets!

All of Castle Bath’s products are affordable…yes ladies, you can get spa quality products at a price you can afford! Every month you can check out their web site to see what is on sale to save even more money! Castle Baths has a flat $5.50 shipping charge in the US and orders typically arrive to your home within 5 business days. If you are looking for a gift…check out their large gift basket selections.

My Review: The generous folks over at Castle Baths sent me a spa gift basket full of products to try out for my product review. I received the following items: Handmade Natural Soap in the Bay Rum scent, 6 sample vials of massage oils, holiday bath soap and 6 cherry drop soap cookies for my review. I decided to try out one of the cherry drop soap cookies first and filled up my tub with warm water and dropped in one of the cookies. Oh my gosh…the fresh cherry scent from these cookies is just fantastic! I decided to sit on the edge of my tub while my bath was filling up and soak my feet in the water…what a treat!

Once my tub was filled…I slid my body into the warm cherry scented water that was waiting for me. What is really cool about these cherry soap cookies is that most of the cookie dissolves like a bath bomb…then the little cherry on top is a mini soap to wash with. Heavenly I tell ya! When you go to get out of your tub, you do need to be careful, my tub was a little slick afterwards.

The next morning I decided to get a shower so that I could try out the handmade Bay Rum soap. I love the ‘sweet’ scent of this soap and it just glides over your wet body. The soap gives you a really nice lather and leaves your body clean…no nasty soap residue is left on your body. These are nice large bars of soap so they will last a very long time. Later that day I gave my hubby a nice back massage using the fruity floral massage oil and I must say…it was great! We loved the fruity scent and my hands just glided over his back…afterwards, I washed my hands and noticed that they were soft just from me giving him a massage. Later that evening it was my turn to get a massage and he used the Bergamot Grapefruit massage oil on me. His comment “honey, I like using these massage oils, they are way better than body lotions for giving massages.” My 26 yr. old daughter took off with the rest of the massage oils and she snagged the holiday soap from me. She told me they were fabulous!

My Over-All Opinion: I was never really into using massage oils to give hubby his massages, I had always used lotions…however, we will be using massage oils from now on. I loved the handmade natural Bay Rum Soap…it even works well for shaving! My favorite product out of everything I tried was the cherry soap cookies…which are a bath bomb & soap combined…how smart is that? Totally loved those soap cookies! I highly recommend all of these products to you. Please check out the Castle Bath’s web site store, they have a wide variety of bath & body products for both yourself and for your pet.
