I don’t know about you, but I don’t always eat right and with the food production and processes any more, we don’t get nearly the nutrients from our food that we used to. The Review: As I mentioned earlier, I have taken greens for years in pill form. Well, what is different about Tropical Traditions product is that it is in a powder that you mix with water. It also contains additional items that is not normally found in any greens that I am familiar with. Flax Seed. This is huge! Flaxseed is an outstanding source of many essential nutrients, including: proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, folate, vitamin B-6, pantothenic acid, magnesium, potassium, iron, thiamine, copper, zinc, calcium and phosphorus. So you are not only getting your Omegas, but this product provides the Flax Blend, Greens Blend, Vegetable Blend, Sunflower Lecithin, Antioxidant Blend, Enzyme Blend and Probiotics Blend. This product is Loaded with goodness.
Tropical Traditions sent me the Berry flavor. I think it is hard knowing that you are going to drink any kind of greens and you know it is probably going to taste nasty. Not so with the Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens. It was not horrible in the least, and I think the Berry flavor was the lesser of two evils. LOL I was able to drink it with no horrible aftertaste and it turned out to be not so bad. IT wasn’t delicous, in my opinion, but it wasn’t awful in the least. I can get used to taste. I even made my son have some as he needs everything in here as well. He survived to tell the story and to have more the next day as well. It is Not Your Typical Thick Greens Drink. You do have Two Flavors: Mint and Berry and it is All Natural – No Preservatives or MSG
I really like this product and I am going to continue to use it. I like the additional flax seed and what an awesome way to get additional nutrition in your body once a day. If you are having trouble getting in your 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day, you should try it as well! You will feel better about getting good stuff in your bod!
