Amy’s Organic Soups – Delicious!!!

Amy's Organic Soups Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Amy’s which sells a variety of organic food products. This company got it’s start back in 1987 as a home-based business and has steadily grown since then…matter of fact, Amy’s is the leading natural frozen food brand!

You will find a variety of food products such as canned soups, frozen pot pies, Asian meals, beans and chili’s, burritos, wraps, breakfast foods, desserts, entrees, Indian meals, kids meals, pasta sauces, pizzas, pockets, salsa, snacks, veggie burgers, whole meals and light in sodium food products. Wow…definitely something for everyone with this great company!

My Review: For my product review, I selected the organic cream of tomato soup, organic chunky vegetable soup, frozen pesto pizza, frozen vegetable pot pie and the organic vegetable lasagna. The first item we decided to try out was the organic vegetable lasagna which my hubby decided to take to work with him for lunch. After lunchtime was over, he called home to give me his opinion. He said “honey, I never thought I would like a frozen lasagna dinner but this one was delicious. We need to buy more for me to take to work.”

The following day which was a weekend, we decided to make some grilled cheese sandwiches and we had Amy’s organic cream of tomato soup with those. I am usually not a tomato soup fan…however, I found this soup to have a smooth and creamy texture to it and it tasted fabulous…not too acidity for me. The third item we tried was the vegetable pot pie which hubby took to work for his lunch. After he got home that day he told me absolutely loved it. He loved the variety of veggies that were in it and he said they tasted just as good as freshly cooked fresh vegetables. He appreciated the flaky crust which wasn’t gooey like some pot pies can be. That same day, I decided to try Amy’s organic chunky vegetable soup. I loved that I was able to have this ready for my bowl within 2 minutes of heat up time. What I really appreciated about this soup is that you would of never guessed that it came from a can…it tasted even better than my own homemade veggie soup!

Yesterday hubby and I decided to split the little personal pan Pesto Pizza for lunch. At first I wasn’t sure if I would like this since I am not a huge fan of broccoli…for me…broccoli has to be done just right for me to like it and I never eat it on pizza. However, I will admit…I did enjoy this pizza…hubby enjoyed it even more than I did. We both enjoyed that the pizza sauce was not spicy as we are not fond of spicy tomato sauces….the sauce was just perfect. We are both huge fans of tomatoes and we loved that this pizza had big slices of tomatoes on it…not tiny diced up ones.

Overall Impression: We loved the convenience and ease of use of all of the Amy’s Products that we got to try out. Hubby’s favorite was the organic vegetable lasagna and my favorite was the organic tomato soup and the pesto pizza. All of the items we tasted were delicious and we will be purchasing them in the future. If you are looking to eat healthier organic foods, then I highly recommend Amy’s Food Products to you and your family.

Buy It: You can purchase Amy’s food products online or at your local retail stores. I was able to find the products we tried at Weis Markets.

I would personally like to thank Amy’s for allowing me to do a product review for their company and for hosting a giveaway here on the Two Classy Chics Blog.
