My Review: Grasshoppers was generous to send me a pair of their shoes for my product review. I received the Delight Suede Wedge Shoes in a pretty dark espresso color. Once my shoes arrived, I couldn’t wait to slip my feet into them. You see, I have a lot of foot pain in my feet due to nerve damage so often times…shoes can irritate my nerves and cause my pain to get worse. Since hubby and I were going out to church, I decided to wear my new shoes with my dress slacks. Within seconds of me putting the shoes on…I knew that they were going to be comfortable!!! The shoes have a slightly round but tapered toe box, a suede covered wedge heel that is about 1 1/4″ high. a braided suede decoration across the vamp and back heel area of the shoe and the best part about the shoes is that they have a removable insole that is totally cushioned for comfort. If you take the insole out, you can see the Flexi-Gel pad up at the ball of the foot area. It’s nice and squishy to add even more comfort to a great pair of shoes! These shoes are soft, flexible and I didn’t need any break-in time. I also found that they run true to size on me.
My Overall Impression: I absolutely love my new pair of shoes by Grasshoppers! The ‘Delight’ style is perfect to wear with a skirt, dress slacks, a dress or even with jeans & a nice top. I think they are perfect for work, church or any other place where you need a dressier shoe. These shoes are one of the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever had. When I walk in them…I feel like I am walking on a padded cloud! I highly recommend this company and their footwear products to you.
