The Review: IMTEK was kind enough to send me a SANIBULB to try out. It was shipped quickly and arrived unbroken! That amazed me! I placed the bulb in my office in my desk lamp. I was surprised at how bright this bulb was. It gave me 100 watts of light with only 25 watts of power. Sweet! One bulb works for every 100 square feet.
The bulb itself is quite substantial on the base. I am not one to have allergies or get sick often, so I cannot really comment on whether the bulb reduced the amount of allergens. I did notice that the air in my office was just a bit less stuffy and I have used it for over a week as of this writing. I really need to figure out how to move it into a light that is close to the cat area, but that would take rewiring! LOL
I think over long term usage this bulb will really make a difference in the air quality in my office. I do live in an area that has a lot of dust due to farming. I can’t wait to see if it keeps up with it during harvest. I do love the fact that this product is created green and focuses on the environment. The amount of stuff that this bulb will do is amazing. Killing mold, viruses, fungi, mildew, and dustmites. Reduces allergens, pollen and pet dander. This product really is highly functional! And to think it all comes in a little lightbulb!
