Wat-aah! Water for Children
I was lucky to be chosen to do a review on a great new product called WAT-AAH! The first functional water brand for kids with 100% NO SUGAR… say bye bye to SODA!
WAT-AAH! is a NYC based company founded by Rose Cameron and her son, Jack. Like every mom out there, she tried to get her son to drink more water, but Jack thought it was boring. So together they developed a product aimed at changing the perception of water being boring.
WAT-AAH contains no sugar, colorings or calories. The marketing magic here is the screaming image of a boy, calling for more WAT-AAH! Their bottles have splashy neon colors, a super cool website and of course a cool name to encourage kids that Water is cool and sugary drinks are uncool. Can we say cool? LOL
Rosa and Jack have also included with their product a mission for kids to get healthy and fight childhood obesity by kicking the soda habit as a first step to a healthy lifestyle.
The Review
I was sent 4 bottles of the WAT-AAH!, one of each type they produce.
*Body – contains only pure water
*Brain – contains electrolytes
*Power – contains bone building magnesium
*Energy – contains energizing oxygen
The taste on each was fresh, pure and clean. No aftertastes at all, just like fresh water should be. It is perfect for quenching that thirst. I love the bottle. It fits nicely in your hand and is the perfect size and shape. The colors and graphics are fun and I can see kids reaching for that as opposed to a soda or other sugary drinks. My son is 14 and he thought it was neat as well. We enjoyed making ninja moves while saying WAT-AAH! HAHA
