A few months ago, we were lucky enough to do a review on a great product called Send Out Cards. Margaret Salmond contacted us about doing a Giveaway here on the Chics for her. So to familarize yourself with what we are giving away and the super product you could win, here is a recap of our review from Send Out Cards we did earlier.
The beauty of a system such as Send Out Cards is that you are able to reach out and connect with a person by mail in a matter of moments. This is especially important in business. But think about all of the other uses you can have with this system.
Once you sign up for an account, you have the ability to send cards and attach a gift if you would like. You can modify the card to have your picture, your signature, as well as your personalized message on them. The gift choice is large; Seasonal, Special Occasion, Office, Kids, Man, Woman and many more. You can choose to send gift cards from several well known name brand stores or credit companies. It is almost like one stop shopping!
Another feature is that you can set up to send out cards whenever you want them to go out. You can select a list of people, say of your team members or clients, and have cards sent out when they join, to remind of meetings, to congratulate, thank them for their purchase or whatever the reason. Once the name and address is in there, you control when the cards are sent. This reminds me of sales mailing campaigns. You can send a series of cards at specified times. What awesome time management! Now it can be done in 60 seconds. It also reminds you of special dates and anniversary’s so you don’t miss them.
The cards themselves are of good quality. I like the glossy finish vs. the regular in my opinion, but either one you prefer, for the price, you are getting a very good value. It can be less expensive than the traditional method of going to the store, stamping then mailing your cards. Send Out Cards does it all for you. You pick the card or postcard out of 2000 on the site; add your message and they mail it for you. Not too bad in my book.
Send Out Cards does require a membership for customers to join. Those looking for a business opportunity can join as a distributor for a fee and grow a team and residual business over time as well.
Overall, if you are someone that loves to send mail, has a large clientele list and is growing their team, or does sales marketing, this type of addition to your business and personal life would be ideal. A cost savings, a time saver and for business purposes, a great follow up tool as well as marketing tool. All wrapped up in a pretty package!
