Tupperware Modular Bowls

I had the pleasure of receiving two bowls to review from a well-known company who has been around for many years. As a matter of fact, they are a household name probably worldwide. If you haven’t guessed, it’s Tupperware.

The bowl size I received is 240 ml. Even though it’s a bowl, it’s ultra compact and it’s made extremely well. It’s really durable compared to other generic containers with lids something I refer to as Tupperware even though it’s not the original Tupperware product.

I can find many uses for this bowl. It would be great for the Mom on the go with her little ones. You can store crackers, Cheerios, fruit and even liquid and rest assure that everything will be fresh. I put some water into the bowl, snapped on the lid and shook it around. Turned it upside down, tilted it to the side, shook it when it was on the side and nothing spilled out and not even a small leak. The seal on this bowl is super tight. With that said, storage of any dry or refrigerated food, you will have freshness.

On the downside, the only minor problem I had with the Tupperware bowl was its lid. I had a really hard time snapping the lid on and even pinched myself once. I placed the lid on top of the bowl and slightly pushed around the bowl to get the lid on. There’s not a lot of flexibility or give. One side would fit and the other side would bulge. It took me a while to figure it out, but once I got it on, it was easy to remove (after I figured out how to do it) and easy to snap back on.

The lid has an ample lip so it’s easy to grasp and open. The design on the lid has three raised semi-ovals. I figured the flat area in the middle is where you place your palm to open the lid. If you press down with your palm and pull the lip, you will hear a popping sound much like a popping noise you get when you open a jar or bottle. It’s also reminds me of the sound of sealed freshness.

Tupperware is definitely a high quality, well-constructed product I trust and recommend and I know it will last for years.
