Gluten-Free Blueberry Waffles from Garden LitesVegetables…I love them but I know that I don’t get enough of them into my daily diet. I think most of us can honestly state that. With that said, I’m always looking for more ways to get my vegetables in and I think this company has come up with a delicious concept on doing that.

Garden Lites®, The Delicious Vegetable Company, makes veggie-rich products to make healthy eating easier! During this time of the year, many of us over-indulge in the foods that we shouldn’t and now we can indulge in healthier options that taste good and are easy to prepare, thanks to Garden Lites.

We received a complimentary package of Garden Lites Blueberry Waffles to try out for all of you. These waffles have veggies inside them. This particular flavor has butternut squash and carrots blended into every waffle and trust me, you don’t taste them at all. At least, we didn’t.

Gluten-Free Blueberry Waffles by Garden Lites

We like using them during busy weekday mornings when we need a healthy and hot breakfast before heading out the door. You can heat them up in your regular toaster or toaster oven and it only takes a few minutes until they’re done. You can top them with your favorite toppings like butter, cream cheese, fruit butters or maple syrup. Delicious!

They’re gluten-free, dairy-free and have approximately 210 calories per serving. Each package comes with 6 waffles and you’ll keep them frozen in your freezer until you’re ready to use them.
