Desert Harvest Freeze-Dried Aloe Vera Capsules

Desert Harvest Freeze-Dried Aloe Vera CapsulesUpwards of 8 million women suffer from interstitial cystitis (IC), a chronic bladder condition that can be extremely painful and debilitating and is typically treated with one prescription medication that not only provides little relief to many women but also causes hair loss.

Now studies are showing that 92% of IC patients experience significant relief of one or more symptoms with whole-leaf, freeze-dried oral aloe vera – with 63-68% reporting substantial improvement in pelvic pain, urethral burning, and urgency and frequency of urination.

I’m 68 years old and have suffered with interstitial cystitis for the past 8 years. When I say suffer, I mean suffer! Over the course of the past 8 years I’ve had 7 surgeries on my bladder and have tried oodles of different medications to try to obtain some relief. Some things have helped, while others have done nothing for me. I get flare-ups that are so bad, where I don’t leave my house for days, until it calms down again.

Desert Harvest is a family owned and operated company that offers high-quality nutritional and natural skin care products. For this review, the company sent me a small bottle of their Super-Strength Aloe Capsules to try out for all of you. The capsules contain 600 milligrams of freeze-dried aloe vera

Desert Harvest Freeze-Dried Aloe Vera Capsules

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one to three capsules twice a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare provider. Most people take 6 capsules per day in divided doses. Be sure to drink an 8-ounce glass of liquid with each dose. Aloe vera can be taken with or without food.

According to their website, they recommend that you take them for 3 months to give them a chance to fully work. So if you’re placing an order, you’ll want to calculate how many bottles you’ll need. They sell different sized bottles.

For myself personally, I decided to take one capsule, three times a day and I found that worked well for me. You can take them with or without food, I took them both ways and experienced no upset stomach and they left no after-taste at all. They’re really easy to swallow and I had no GI issues while taking them.

The first 2 days I didn’t notice anything different. By the end of the third day I realized that the urgency to frequently have to urinate had decreased. On day five I realized I was making less trips to the bathroom and when I did sit down to “go” it was more comfortable to do so.

While I’m no doctor and I’m not making any official medical claims, I did want to share my personal experience with you. Overall, I really do feel that the Desert Harvest Freeze Dried Aloe Capsules helped to ease my symptoms.

You can visit the company’s website online to learn more about them and the product that I’m featuring today and you can connect with them over on Facebook.

I am glad that these caplets helped your condition. I have used aloe vera externally , but have not tried them internally. They sound like a good product.

  2. This was interesting. I know more and more people are gong back to natural remedies for so many things. I am so glad to hear this is relieving symptoms and making life more comfortable.
I honestly had never heard of this being taken internally, but then again, it is natural, and aloe vera has been used for centuries for so many things. It only makes sense it would have more uses.
I think this is worth looking into, I am sorry you had to gothrough so many surgeries before you found this.

  3. This is really interesting because we are beginning to think this is what my dad has now. He has suffered for 4 years and we are still trying to figure out what it is. I am definitely going to research more and investigate into this.. because any relief or help would be amazing for him!
