Baked Sugar Snap Peas Recipe

How many of you enjoy eating snap peas? I do! I can typically find fresh snap peas at our local farmer’s market year-round. Typically when I make them, I steam them with a little bit of seasonings. Today’s guest post recipe by The Cocoa Exchange has you baking them and it looks really easy to make. Plus, you gotta love that you ONLY need 5 ingredients to make this recipe. I think they would be great served alongside a pork roast, beef roast or even a roasted whole chicken. Yummy!

Do you enjoy them? If so, what’s your favorite way to prepare them?

I usually use snap peas when I stir fry a recipe. I love this idea of baking them with a spicy seasoning.

  2. What a good way to add some zest to snap pes. I get quite a few of them from my garden and looks for good ways to use them up. I have never seen Pod & Bean seasonings in the stores around me.

  6. This looks really good. I am afraid we cant find them year round here, this is more of a mid spring thing if they are fresh. I love snap peas from the garden. I am not fancy, for me, steamed with a bit of butter and sea salt works for me. I dont think I have ever ate them any other way. I might have to try them this way too.
