Spicy Sweet Grilled Cauliflower Recipe

Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables, especially when it’s prepared right. I enjoy it baked, grilled, steamed and even slow-cooked for hours in some type of creamy sauce. Cauliflower, it’s good for you and typically is easy to prepare.

Spicy Sweet Grilled Cauliflower Recipe

1/3 cup POD & BEAN™ WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY HONEY MUSTARD
2 Tbsp. POD & BEAN™ CHIPOTLE HOT SAUCE
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped

Boil large pot of salted water on high heat. Place cauliflower in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then remove from water and allow to drain. Run cold water to stop the cooking process.

Heat grill to medium heat. Drizzle canola oil over cauliflower and toss gently.

Combine POD & BEAN™ WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY HONEY MUSTARD, butter, and POD & BEAN™ CHIPOTLE HOT SAUCE in a large bowl and set aside.

Place cauliflower on grill and cook until slightly crisp and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl and gently toss until well coated.

Return cauliflower to grill, close lid and allow to cook for an additional minute. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

I love trying new recipes with cauliflower. This is an interesting mixture of flavors. I have been trying to add more cocoa or chocolate to my savory recipes

  2. This is really a different recipe to prepare cauliflower. I am a big fan of grilled vegetables and will use our grill all year long. This would certainly make a nice and festive side dish.

  3. Gosh that looks divine. You had me at WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY HONEY MUSTARD. I think I need taht in my own Christmas stocking!

Wow! What an interesting recipe-interesting good that is!

  5. This sounds like a delicious way to enjoy cauliflower! I have never thought of grilling cauliflower! I usually eat it plain or boil it and have it along side my broccoli. Adding this to my list to try!

  6. hat is an interesting sauce, and one I have never heard of. I would have never ever thought of white chocolate and raspberry combined with a vegetable like this. It looks like there is a dipping sauce too? After it is tossed (I am assuming with the sauce) do you reserve some? It almost looks like you precook a bit inside, then grill, but the picture looks like there isnt sauce and you dip it.
I will have to look at this one more closely to figure it out.

This Cauliflower recipe sounds awesome. It seems easy enough. I actually think this recipe would turn out great on my George Foreman Grill. I don’t like to go outside to grill when its cold out. Its getting pretty cold out here now. Actually had some snow flakes fall.. Thank You for sharing~

  8. The recipe is a bit confusing to me. After the first grilling, what are you tossing it in? It’s not clear.

  9. I love cauliflower too and I have never had it grilled before. I so have to try this recipe is looks amazing.
