Reader's Digest Mind Stretchers Puzzle Book

My husband enjoys puzzle books and a few times every week I catch him working on a puzzle or two! During the evening hours we like to sit in our family room and he’ll work on his puzzle books, while I work in my adult coloring books. It’s a great way to relax and unwind after a long day.

The Reader’s Digest Mind Stretchers Volume 1 is the perfect puzzle book for my husband! ISBN: 9781621453512 This 192-page book contains a wide variety of different puzzles for him to work on. You’ll find number puzzles, Sodoku, crossword puzzles, logic puzzles, word searches, instant brainteasers and more!

One of the things he really likes about this puzzle book is its size. It’s not one of those mini or small sizes that you typically find out there in the stores. Since it’s a larger size, it allows him (yes, at his old age) to see and read the puzzles without squinting and straining his eyes. It’s NOT large print, but a really nice sized book.

Some of the puzzles are printed in black & white and others are printed in full-color. At the back of the book you’ll find an easy-to-use answer’s section, so you can double check your answers as you go along. Regarding the skill level, he said he would rate them as “moderate”. He appreciates that they’re not super-easy or extremely-hard, a nice in-between skill level.
