  1. Jo-Ann Brightman says

The mini meatloaves seem to be delicious and I have never added cocoa to savory recipes.. I love this idea. I also like separate little meatloaves.

  2. Although I’ve never made mini-meatloaves, it seems like a great idea. The recipe sounds really good, too, with cheese right there in the mixture. I must say, though, that I’ve never seen Pod & Bean products in the stores where I shop, but now I’m curious about them.

  3. This would make a great little something to have at football watching parties. I’m not familiar with the POD & BEAN™ Burger Seasoning but it would add interesting flavors to the meatloaf.

  4. This looks like a delicious not to difficult to make recipe. Snowing outside with bad roads today so this is a good day for me to do some cooking for the week.

  5. I have never seen this recipe before and I love it. I always over do it when I make meatloaf and this is perfect for portion control thank you for sharing this one.
