    I try to walk as much as possible. I am also eating more healthful foods and take both vitamins and supplements. I did not know that nearby electronics could be a problem.

  2. I have found walking and yoga on a daily basis to be the best exercise for me. We do our best to eat healthy by having lots of fresh fruits and vegetables but does get more difficult in the winter when the farmers market closes down.

    I tend to be a night owl pure and simple. I stay up rather late, but do get up early – due to cats! We dont eat fried foods but processed foods can sometimes be a toughie. I try and also do some kind of exercise every single day. It makes me feel better.

  4. I really enjoyed reading this post and learned a lot. I really need to work on number four I had no idea about electronics in the bedroom. I have a ton of electronics in the bedroom and also have a lot of trouble sleeping at night.
