Relax and Unwind with the Wonder Body Adult Coloring Book

Wonder Body Adult Coloring BookThree years ago I jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy sitting down in the evening while watching TV and coloring. The holidays are just around the corner and I think adult coloring books would make a great holiday gift! Check out this brand new one that we’re featuring on the blog today. Its unlike all of the other one’s that I’ve featured over the past three years. Very cool.

Written by: Alex Jade
Designed & Illustrated by: Amy Butcher
ISBN: 978-0-9852075-1-9

Synopsis: A multi-faceted exploration of the ways our bodies can sense, know, and receive pleasure. Fromm the senses (not just the big five), through the seven subtle energy centers, and on to other unexpected portals of pleasure for your consideration. While coloring can be relaxing and meditative, now it can be enlivening too. You, the colorist, will bring these pages to life, literally moving them from B&W to Technicolor.

Wonder Body Adult Coloring Book

I enjoy sitting down with an adult coloring book a few times every week. It’s a great way to relax and unwind. Most of the adult coloring books that I’ve reviewed over the years were just that… coloring books and not much else. However, that all changes with the Wonder Body adult coloring book!

This particular coloring book was a real education for me. The writer really put some effort into making this book different. As you read through the pages and all of the information included with the designs you’ll learn about your body and all of the senses that come along with it. Yes, they cover the basic 5 senses, but you’ll learn that there are more!

Some of the included designs for you to color are classic images like ice cream cones and flowers. Then there are fun and quirky designs too. There are images & designs for everyone within the pages of this book. So far, I’ve read about 1/2 of the book and just finished coloring in my first design as you see in the photograph with this post. FUN!
