Sara’s Thoughts:

This product could not have come at a more perfect time. I am getting married next year and I’ve been super motivated to lose weight, get fit and live a healthier lifestyle. I am currently focusing on a high protein-low calorie and low sugar diet. Incorporating Folios into my diet was a no-brainer. My easy go-to meal of choice…scrambled eggs wrapped in a cheddar cheese folio and whole wheat wrap. It’s amazingly delicious.

You can incorporate the cheese as it comes packaged, or you can heat it up and turn it into a bowl. Use the bowl for spaghetti, a Caesar salad or a taco salad. The possibilities are endless.
