Family Fun at Bumble Bee Hollow Mini Golf

Bumble Bee Hollow Mini Golf in Harrisburg PennsylvaniaMy family loves to play miniature golf and we all get together a few times every year to play. We’re pretty fortunate that here in central Pennsylvania, we’ve got several really nice mini golf courses to choose from and one of our favorite’s is Bumble Bee Hollow Mini Golf.

If you live in the area or if you’re passing through, you’ll find Bumble Bee Hollow Golf on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. On the property you’ll find a golf driving range for the adults, a golf pro shop, an 18-hole miniature golf course and if you want to learn to play, they offer professional golf lessons too!

Bumble Bee Hollow has a beautiful 18-hole miniature golf course that is really laid out well. There are bridges for you to cross, paths to walk, waterfalls to look at and my grandchildren love looking for the fish in the pond. During the spring & summer months, you’ll find colorful flowers in full-bloom which is pretty to look at.

The best time to play is during the late spring months, early summer months or during the early fall months when the weather is more tepid and nicer. They can get really busy during the weekends, so if you’re looking to avoid the crowds, you’ll want to plan a weekday visit.

Typically it takes a party of 4 golfers about 1 hour and 10 minutes to get through the entire course if you’re taking your time and depending on crowds. When we play, we take our time and if people don’t like that, they can pass us by! LOL It’s one of our favorite mini golf courses in the entire area, because it’s fun to play there and pretty to look at.

After we play miniature golf, we head nearby to grab something to eat. If you’re looking for subs, you’ll find a Subway next door. If you’re hungry for pizza and Italian food, you’ll find a really good pizza restaurant right down the street. If you’re looking for something else, you’ll find several restaurants within a 10 minute driving distance like T.G.I.F., Texas Roadhouse, McDonald’s, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, The Country Buffet, Cracker Barrel and more.

My Husband and I used to mini golf before we had children. I always enjoyed it because I always won lol! I would laugh like crazy and my sweet Honey didn’t appreciate it! One time he was at the final hole and he keep trying and trying to get the Ball in there. By the time he finally did there was a mile long line of people waiting for that hole!! oh how this brings back some funny memories.. But you Guys sound like you really are having alot of Fun.
