VitaTops Muffin Tops are the perfect treat to enjoy anytime of the day. They’re great for a quick breakfast, as a tasty side along with your lunch and dinner, or grab one as a quick grab-and-go snack. When it comes to enjoying muffins, I always try to make or buy the healthier alternatives and that’s where VitaTops comes in.

VitaTops® are a delicious indulgence that helps you stay healthy! Whether you are looking for Organic, Protein rich, Gluten-free or Superfood benefits, VitaTops has the muffin top for you. One of the best things about this brand is that you keep them frozen in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. This means you’ll always have delicious muffins on-hand.
Recently I received two complimentary packages of VitaTops to try out for all of you.
The VitaTops Protein Banana Chocolate Chip muffin tops come 4 to a package and each one is individually wrapped. You’ll store the box in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Each muffin top contains 8g protein, 130 calories with 6g fiber. Each one is about 2 oz. in size…the perfect portion-size if you ask me.
The VitaTops Wild Blueberry muffin tops are made with 74% organic ingredients and are individually wrapped. You’ll store the box in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Each muffin top contains 120 calories with 6g of fiber. Each one is about 2 oz. in size. This particular variety is made with organic blueberries!
You can enjoy these muffin tops one of three different ways:
Toaster: Set your toaster on the low setting and reheat to your liking.
Microwave: Remove from the over-wrap packaging, place on a microwave-safe plate and reheat on high for 15-20 seconds.
Room Temperature: Remove from freezer and allow to thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.
For the most part…we enjoy eating our VitaTops Muffin Tops slightly reheated in the microwave. They’re absolutely fantastic for breakfast with our morning coffee. My husband and I both find them to be delicious, satisfying and filling. They hold us over until lunch.
Second, we do a LOT of traveling and running around. I like putting them in my insulated cooler tote with my ice packs for us to enjoy throughout the day. If I get one out of the cooler and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes, it’s perfect to enjoy at room temperate. A great little snack for busy on-the-go moms like me!
Both of the VitaTops Muffin Tops flavors that we tried out for this foodie review, were delicious and I would (and I plan on) buying both! I liked the Protein Banana Chocolate Chip with my morning coffee (as my breakfast) and the Organic Blueberry was fabulous as an afternoon or evening snack.
