I Just Learned that this Awesome Umbrella is windproof. If it should get damaged by the wind gusts. You sent it back to tje co. and they will send you a brand new one..
I visited the site and especially like that the SoftSide is windproof and is designed to survive without damage extreme winds that might temporarily invert the canopy. Great umbrella!

I learned that they have actually two warranties a three year limited on wind gust damage and another one for defect in workmanship that is lifetime. This is a nice warranty you dont often see so they must be very confident in their products.

I have been using this umbrella for 4 months and I love it. Strong, big frame, nice fabric and I never worry about getting soaked when my 10″ taller husband is holding the handle. Best umbrella I have ever owned.

I learned that if the SoftSide umbrella is damaged by wind gusts please return the damaged unit for a free replacement of the same or newer model.
I love the windproof construction! All my umbrellas are so flimsy now.
I like their 3-year limited warranty since that’s what happened to my two backup umbrellas, leaving me with none! The wicked wind storms we had earlier this year broke them both, so nice to have a long warranty when you’re spending that much on an umbrella.
