Satisfying My Cookie Cravings with Voortman Bakery Cookies

I admit, I’m a cookie addict and cookies are my preferred snack choice. If you’ve been following my blog, you will already know that since I post a lot of delicious cookie recipes! I guess you could call me the “female version of Cookie Monster”, although I’m no monster!

* Complimentary Samples Received for Review.

Recently I was introduced to the delicious cookies from Voortman Bakery who makes all of their cookies from real ingredients. They contain no artificial colors, no artificial flavors and no high-fructose corn syrup. All ingredients are hand selected for their exceptional quality and flavor. The company has been making their products since 1951.

Let’s talk cookies, shall we? We shall!

Voortman Bakery Coconut Cookies

First up, I want to introduce you to the Voortman Bakery Coconut Dark Chocolate Cookies and the Coconut Cookies that are baked with real shredded coconut. These are new & improved varieties made with an improved recipe. They come packaged in 12.3 oz. packages which is the perfect size for my small family to enjoy.

These are not your typical soft & chewy type of cookies. Their texture is more on the crunchy side, without being rock-hard. I enjoy these type’s of cookies with my morning coffee or with my evening hot cocoa, because their texture is perfect for dunking! When you bite into them you taste the perfectly blended flavors and you can definitely taste the coconut. So, if you love coconut, I think you’ll really enjoy these cookies!

Voortman Bakery Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

When I was a little girl…I grew up eating a LOT of oatmeal cookies, so it’s no surprise that I loved the Voortman Bakery Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cookies, baked with real whole grain oats. They contain no artificial colors or flavors and contain no high-fructose corn syrup. Each package contains 20 cookies.

Just like the previous cookies, they have a nice crunchy texture to them and both are made with an oatmeal base with one of them being a plain oatmeal cookie and the other one with the addition of chocolate chips. My family really enjoyed these as our “snacks” for the past 7-8 days and loved them! Hubby liked the plain oatmeal and the grandchildren loved the oatmeal chocolate chip, which happened to be my favorite too!

Voortman Bakery Wafers Cookies

Do you remember those delicious cookie wafers you enjoyed as a child? Well, if you loved those, you’ll love the one’s from Voortman Bakery that come in a variety of different flavors. We got to enjoy the Peanut Butter Wafers, the Strawberry Banana Wafers and the Chocolate Wafers. These wafers contain no artificial colors or flavors and they contain no high-fructose corn syrup.

The Peanut Butter Wafers are baked with real peanut butter between the crispy layers of the wafer. the Strawberry Banana Wafers are baked with real fruit between the crispy layers of wafer and the Chocolate Wafers are baked with real cocoa. Oh my gosh, these wafers didn’t last long in my household at all! My favorite was the Strawberry Banana Wafers, my grandchildren were all over the Peanut Butter Wafers and my husband ran off to work with the entire package of Chocolate Wafers. YUMMY!

Up until this review, I had never heard of this company or tasted their cookies. now that I have, I’m on a mission to find a few other varieties that I spotted on the Voortman Bakery website. Those Cookies ‘N Creme Wafers and those Shortbread Swirls are definitely on my radar!
