  4. I really want to try some carnation tea for nausea. Ginger or peppermint tea usually works for me; I’ve just not seen it in stores. I hadn’t heard about the other properties either. I’m usually up on all things helping inflammation too. Hopefully it’s not too expensive but I’ll check it out.
