  1. Ginger tea works for me, as does peppermint. What’s better though is not to rush my eating. If I’m stressed when I’m eating, I’m probably going to end up with a stomach ache. At those times, I just have to eat light and I have a much happier stomach. I’ve not heard of Lumitea either but I’m a huge fan of soothing and healing teas.
