Movie Review: 1 Night – Starring Anna Camp

1 Night Movie StillAre you looking for a new movie to watch? Something a little bit different than what is currently being shown out in the marketplace? If so, you’ll want to check out 1 Night ~ Starring Anna Camp, Justin Chatwin, Kyle Allen and Isabelle Fuhrman.

1 Night is about rekindling that passion and love as well as finding it for the first time, by following two couples at different stages of their romance. It’s a romantic comedy that has a very entertaining story line and I personally feel that the actors did a great job in this film.

Movie Synopsis: Thirty-something Elizabeth (Anna Camp) must decide whether to salvage her relationship with Drew (Justin Chatwin) after much personal disappointment. Meanwhile, Bea (Isabelle Fuhrman), a worrisome teenager, reconnects with her introverted childhood friend, Andy (Kyle Allen) to overcome their difference in high school status following their prom. Past and present collide as two couples explore love over the course of one night at a hotel.

* Written and Directed By: MINHAL BAIG
* Produced By: KERRY BARDEN, HAN S CANOSA, & MARIUS A. MARKEVICIUS

1 Night Movie DVD

We got this DVD in to review a few days after Valentine’s Day and decided to sit down and watch it together. It’s always fun to plan a date night with your spouse and watch a romantic comedy together.

One of the things I enjoyed about the movie is that it focused on the relationship of two different couples who are different ages and at different points in their romantic journey’s. By doing that, it really holds your attention because if you can’t relate to one couple & their story line, you can certainly relate to the other one.

As always, I don’t provide movie spoilers here on the blog. I can tell you that my husband and I really enjoyed watching this movie together and we both give it 7 1/2 popcorn buckets out of 10 on our rating scale. A really nice movie for “date night” at home!

  18. I like going to the theater to see certain movies and I love the popcorn but the last time we went there were so many people on their cell phones it ticked me off to see those bright screens in the dark especially since it is so expensive to go to the theater. I like to watch movies at home because we can stop it when we want and rewind it if we want and no bright cell phones in the dark. I love romantic comedies and I would love to see this one thanks for the chance.

  19. I love watching movies at home! and I absolutely love romantic comedies; this movie looks good!
