Honey Blackberry Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe

How many of you love Greek yogurt? I know I do. I rarely even eat regular yogurts anymore and I always have Greek yogurts in my refrigerator. I have heard of other people using their Greek yogurts to whip up some tasty dip recipes, but to be honest with all of you…this is the first time I’ve actually seen a recipe and I admit, it looks delicious! I bet this is really good with crackers, cheese and fresh fruits!

3 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 pint blackberries, fresh
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Pinch Salt

In a medium sized mixing bowl, smash the blackberries with a fork. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon and salt. When ready to serve, spoon the blackberry mixture into the center of the yogurt. Gently fold the blackberries into the yogurt, but don’t mix completely. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, cheese and fresh fruits. It’s best served chilled. Store all leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.

I would probably just eat this as it is , rather than as a dip. It would make a great breakfast of lunch.

  2. This is a fun dip to have with fresh fruit. I find Greek yogurt so much better because it just seems richer and more satisfying. It is a go to for breakfast, lunch and a snack.

I could eat this right out of the bowl rather than as a dip, lol. I love yogurt & blackberries.
