Capture and Organize Every Moment with Picture Keeper

We all have them–hundreds, even thousands of photos on our smartphones just waiting to be posted, shared and saved. From holidays, family vacations and special family gatherings to your kids’ first days of school and sporting events. They’re all there, on your phone taking up a whole lot of space. There’s also the worry of losing what on your phone. Trust me. My phone recently wouldn’t hold a charge. It was pretty much dead and the thought of my photos being lost forever totally set me into crazy mom panic mode. This streak of panic could have been avoided if I had actually downloaded my photos at some point and having a product like Picture Keeper definitely would have saved the day!

Picture Keeper

What’s a Picture Keeper, you ask? Picture Keeper is a product from Simplified IT Products, who have been helping consumers protect files with ease since 2008. I’m excited to tell you about the Picture Keeper today, which is essentially a USB backup drive that easily stores and protects all of your files so you’ll never have to delete or lose another precious memory you’re your phone again. The part that is really great is that there is no software installation required. I know there are other ways to share and transfer pictures and have even tried myself via the “cloud.” Let me tell you—when I had the phone issues I mentioned above, it was not easy to find the photos and not everything was there. This is truly a much easier and convenient solution, especially for folks who might be less tech savvy or even just too busy to go through all the hoops that come with the cloud.

Here’s how easy it really is.

• Plug in your Picture Keeper to your smartphone, tablet or computer
• Click “Start Backup” and let Picture Keeper do its magic.
• Your files will be backed up and protected

Whether you have an old phone that is just sitting around or you are on vacation and need to free up some space, this little gadget is just the thing to have around. There are no wires to connect or passwords to remember (if I have to memorize another one, my brain may run out of space!).

Picture Keeper

I inserted the USB device right into my phone (my NEW phone) and it immediately took me to the app store, where I easily downloaded Picture Keeper Connect, which is a free download to help you store photos, videos and even contacts. I selected the entire camera roll and saved all of the photos to the USB device. I can’t believe how simple it really was. Then, I just took the device, plugged it into my computer and had the pictures in a matter of minutes. I was able to download and store over 1,000 images on my computer with a few clicks on my phone.

Protecting your memories shouldn’t be difficult and cumbersome. Whether you are getting a new phone, running out of storage on your smartphone, or wanting to backup and ensure you have saved your important photos, Picture Keeper Connect provides a quick and easy way to do it across smartphones, tablets, and computers. Picture Keeper Connect comes in three sizes (16GB, 32GB and 64GB). I tried out the 16GB, which is available for $119.99. The company is also offering free shipping on any order over $50.

After seeing several people lose all their photos because their computer crashes or they lose their phone, & they had no back-up, I think this is a great idea. I need one!
