The New Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day

The New Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a DayI love bread and I eat some type of bread almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Yes, I know that eating all of that bread isn’t fabulous for my health and at times, it can really pack on the pounds. However, I’m a bread eater and I’m not giving it up.

Recently I was sent a new hardcover cookbook with all kinds of fabulous bread recipes in it. When I say bread recipes, I’m talking about a ton of recipes from all over the world. Here’s some information about it.

  1. Jo-Ann Brightman says

Fresh baked bread always tastes so much better. I would love to try the different recipes in this cookbook. I also love how it offers alternative ingredients to make the bread healthier.

  2. Tamra Phelps says

I absolutely love bread, especially fresh baked bread. The smell alone will draw you in. I’m diabetic, so I have to limit it, but I could never cut it out completely.

  3. Brandi Dawn says

I love bread too. But I find it very hard to make! Do some of the recipes seem pretty simple?

  4. Bread is what I miss the most in going gluten -free. I do enjoy the gluten-free options when I can. Good to see there are gluten-free recipes in this also. I took a bread making course in 4-H in the seventies and it’s satisfying to bake for others too.
