Make Bathtime Fun with Playgro Bath Toys

Flowing Bath Tap and Cups set by PlaygroMy grandson is almost 16 months old and it’s really hard to find toys that entertain him and enrich his mind. He’s at that in-between age where he doesn’t want to play with rattles, plastic blocks, teethers, etc. Nope, he wants toys that light-up, make noise or toys that require him to take an action to get a reaction.

Let me introduce you to one of his NEW favorite toys and it’s one that makes bath time a whole lot of fun! It’s called the Flowing Bath Tap and Cups set by Playgro and it’s for children ages 12 months and up. This one toy combines 5 different bathtime activities into one! It helps to stimulate your child’s touch, sight, fine motor skills and cognitive skills.

We love the beach and it only seemed natural that we would gravitate to this adorable seahorse theme’d kid’s bath toy! There is a suction cup on the back of the seahorse to attach him to the tub. Then if you press his belly, the water will pump out of his mouth. There are 2 colorful cups and if you place them into the seahorse’s arms they can hold water and they’re a great way for your child to have some additional fun, because they can use those animal cups to scoop, pour & strain water. One of Prince’s favorite features: That adorable seahorse tail that spins when he touches it. He giggles every time!

As a grandparent, I appreciate that it’s made out of BPA-free plastic and that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in the tub. Next, I love that it does more than just one thing…which makes bathtime fun & keeps Prince occupied. He has a total of 5 tub-time toys and this is the first one he grabs and plays with. I guess it’s time to retire the other four!

Playgro has some of the coolest toys for the littlest of kids! This is the first time I’ve ever heard of the company or experienced one of their fantastic products. Now that I know about them, I’ll definitely be getting a few more! You can learn more by visiting Playgro online or by connecting with them on Facebook.

This is a very cute toy and I can understand that any little kid would love to play with it. I love the spinning tail of the seahorse.

  2. What a fun toy. I know one of my grandsons favorite activities is to scoop and pour so this would provide so much fun at bath time. The suction cup to keep it in place on the bathtub would make it readily available..

Bathtime was my most favorite time when my children were little. To this day I give a lot of bath toys and towels as presents.

  4. I like seahorses (have charms and necklaces) and this one has some great features. i can’t remember having bathtub toys but remember the old, antique bath tub we bathed in! We had Mr. Bubble and I guess that was enough entertainment!

  5. This toy is super cute and I love that it is BPA-free plastic thank you for mentioning that. Bath time is such a fun time for little ones and toys like these make it even more fun.
